Blending function and aesthetic, each tray is hand-painted on an 8″ x 8″ natural wood tray and set with clear cast resin.
One of his first forays into functional art, Alex began by creating the “Roll Your Own…” design. Referencing instruction manuals from the late 19th and early 20th century to create an Art-Nouveau inspired instruction set on how to roll a Marijuana cigarette, after having some difficulty on his first try.
Each tray is individually made and the paper is worn to create the aged affect. These are available thru our Etsy site.
